Thank you, Maureen – for all your hard work, enthusiasm and ideas – and for your part in making SCBWI-BI the great organisation it is. You've been Ning mobbed!
Every volunteer has helped to make this SCBWI chapter so brilliant. So today the members are joining together to thank you for the support, thank you for the opportunities, thank you for the friendships.
Without you we would all still be sitting alone in our sheds and lofts, isolated, wondering whether we were nuts to continue writing and illustrating. I still wonder whether I'm nuts to continue writing but at least now I know a lot of other people who are wondering the same!
You're a scoobie volunteer and - You've been Ning Mobbed!
