Hi Heather, it was great and my head's still buzzing (and recovering). I've put up some of my notes on Chris Riddell & Karin Littlewood sessions - under Ning's Groups - Illustrator blog

A great session on plotting a story with Natasha Biebow, too, which maybe I'll bring to next crit. Are you going on xmas session in Dec? I'd like to go, but would have to bring my Lizzie again - I'll have to find a way to bribe her! Annax

Hi Heather,

Found your website and absolutely love it. Also keep thinking about the beautiful illustrations you showed on Sunday. I wrote a pb story about a tree years ago and your gnarled trunk, branches and wonderful leaves have got me thinking again! Pity you've got your own story - you could have used mine! ;)Loisx

Hi Heather,

If you download the booking form and flyer from here, my postal address is on the flyer. The cheque is made out to SCBWI. It you still have trouble, email me at justanillustrator(at)me(dot)com and I'll email you my address and booking form. It will be great to have you! We've recently added Emma Farrarons from Macmillan to our reviewer line up. An email will be going out to all attendees to this event the first week of June asking your reviewer preference.

Hi Heather

I've just sent everyone a reminder about the workshop on Saturday but I don't have your email so I couldn't copy you in with everyone else but basically it said this -

I'm really looking forward to Saturday. Just wanted to remind you we meet at 10
for a 10.30 start at the pub (Royal Oak. Goodram Gate)not the library! Please
could you email me a copy of the work you'll be bringing as soon as pos and can
you remember to bring 6 un-namedcopies (I think I said 5 but 6 would be
better)on the day. Also, if you have a favourite picture book that you want to
share please can you bring that too.

A list of the type of thing we're critiquing is on the networks events page. If you can't find it please let me know.

See you there!

Maureen

I'm a big fan of south London as well. So much so that we were inspired to create a book about our dog - you can see him on Facebook if you search for South London Len (maybe it is becoming an obsession).

Hi Heather.

Welcome to SCBWI! I've added your name to my list for the picture book workshop. Have you managed to access the ning and the North East group yet. If you haven't then let me know if I can help or get in touch with Candy - webmasterATbritishscwbi.org
