British SCBWI

Hi there,

Following a recent article submission and acceptance (YEAH!) I received an email from Wendy Dickson of Stories For Children Magazine asking for further submissions and thought it may be of interest to some of you.

If you are interested submission guidelines, and a forthcoming topic planner, can be found at www.storiesforchildrenmagazine.org.

Please note that Wendy Dickson is NOT the editor that submissions should be sent to but full details are on line. I would also be grateful if you could mention my name.

Good luck.

Rachael

Dear Contributors,

Stories for Children Magazine is in need of submissions in the following categories:

FICTION - ages 3-6; 7-9

NON-FICTION - ages 3-6; 7-9

POEMS - short, sweet, simple, and...FUN!

We are currently working on our DEC 09, JAN 10 and FEB 10 issues, so please check your files and send us some fun submissions!

We are not a themed magazine, and we would love for you to submit on topics other than just our suggested idea calendar.

We are also in need of crafts, puzzles, and activities for children.

Please check the Submission Guidelines on the website before submitting.

We appreciate your continued support of our magazine and look forward to your submissions!

Warmly,

Wendy Dickson
