About Me
I am a writer and illustrator of children's picture books. Age range 2-6 (not my age, but feels like that sometimes ;-).

Interested in very creative and wonderfully wacky ideas. I am also very keen on a storyline. Someone once said to me that 'I have a superb sense of the ridiculous'.

I've worked in children's tv and also have a background in animation. Help and advice greatfully appreciated, as I'm currently
searching for an agent at the moment.

What are you working on at the moment?
A picture book about a moon made of toast (text and pictures).
If you had to recommend just one children's book you've read in the last year, what would it be?
Hmm, I have a couple of wackily illustrated Japanese picture books - the pictures are truly wonderful, although I have no idea what the text is about.
What is the most important thing you learned about writing or illustrating this year?
Keep it simple. Keep it simple. Keep it simple....
