The Repossession now out in the shops. Visit the website http://www.samhawksmoor.com and see the trailer.
Hodder have done a fantastic job and the book looks great with blue edged paper. (Only for the first edition so buy this one!)
Good first reviews as well. Cross fingers it is visible in the stores.
cheers
Sam

Rowena House said… Hi. It was great meeting you at Winchester and thank you so much for your advice at the one-to-one. As a result, I'm upping the stakes before the main action starts. Your talk on Speculative Fiction was also inspiring. Mmm, now there's an idea. Must dash ...
Tom Harris said… Hi Sam, just a quick note to say that The Repossession was fantastic! Read it in less than a day, couldn't put it down. My review is on Amazon, when they publish it, and on Goodreads and shared it on Twitter too. Deserves to be a huge success. Hope to catch you on the 24th with some of the gang, I think Jan is popping along on the 17th too. Can't find you on Facebook though - you're not stalling are you? :)
Tom Harris said… It's important to just get my writing out there, and like you said, we'll just see how it goes. The first step of something I'll always be doing, so I'm sure I'll learn a lot. I'm in Brum on the 17th, but meeting up with everyone this evening actually so I'm sure we can put together an outing to Petersfield on the 24th :)
Tom Harris said… Excellent, a great image, Sam. Twitter next, perhaps? :) I will have a look on Facebook for you. Got the weekend clear for The Repossession by the way. Looking forward to it, some great things being said about it on goodreads and Twitter. I'm writing loads and self publishing my first novel in April - The Amber Room. Cover reveal in a fortnight - eek!

Jan Carr said… Hi Sam
I like your title.
Trying to come up with another title for mine, current strategy is writing all the key words from story on index cards and shuffling.
How did you get yours?
Teri Terry said… General way these things work is only one person comes first at a time...!
I notice you are giving a 'details to be confirmed' talk at the WWC on 2nd July?
