I have been asking Candy Gourlay if there are any ecritique groups for illustrators as I would like to join one. She said that you may have some useful information.
Thank you! You can see more of my work at www.kimgeyerart.co.uk
I'm pretty new to illustration, and a lot of my children's illustrations are not shown, yet.I am going to the Winchester conference, are you? I think your work is great, so your comments are really appreciated!

I went to your workshop in Birmingham last weekend and found it very interesting. I think everyone, enjoyed the creative exercises you posed to us, its gets that grey matter working!
I have to apologise for leaving early, I couldn't find anywhere to park and the maximum stay was 2 hours which was up! I felt things were just about to get even more interesting as I left.
Thanks again,
Katherine
Many thnks for your friendship request.
I've just read your RSS. If a book goes out of print, the publisher will usually give you the film they used if you ask for it. This gives you an advantage when trying to line up a deal with another publisher - particularly overseas. All they have to do is produce a new overlay of the words. If you possess the film, selling the originals may be less of a painful decision. Fractionally.
Hope all is going to schedule
Take care
Peter :)
