About Me
I'm an expert in comic strips!
What are you working on at the moment?
The Department of Heaven - 7+ boys humour (I hope)
If you were asked to recommend just one children's book published this year, what would it be?
Ways to Live Forever by Sally Nichols
What is the most important thing you learned about writing or illustrating this year?
I can't even draw stick figures
If you want to see my famous stick figures, click on the link! (Sorry, I haven't worked out how to put the actual thing here, or even better, make it my header)

Hi Jackie,
I love your Ning it is so bright. I'm still trying to get time to post or read posts, but hope to get better acquainted over the half term. I'm still working on my entry for the Undiscovered authors - I just hope I can get it right in time. The deadline is looming. I've finished the 50 bio and 75 synopsis, but I'm still polishing the 4000 words.
Any news on your many works?

Hi Jackie
Cara has finished 'Dougie's Will' now and she really loved it. She thought it was hillariously funny and she liked the way the story is hidden in the will. I've just started it now. Our dog is called Dougal.
See you at the prof series.

Hi Jackie,
How're things?
I got some business cards from vista print! One of those things I meant to do was send you one in a Christmas card. It was there with things like, take my favourite green jacket to the dry cleaners in case I get any job interviews, code my new walking socks with different coloured thread so I keep the right pairs together (I have a weird sort of colour dyslexia with socks that has me in uneven pairs most of the time), and doing a little writing every day, even though it is Christmas and everybody in the known universe keeps knocking on the front door. Alas, I failed.
But Monday is another day, though it is probably too late for the Christmas card thing.
Maybe next year....
