About Me
Father of 4, part time secondary school teacher and wannabe world famous author.
What are you working on at the moment?
The second edition of my self-published, young adult novel, Jason Willow (see www.jasonwillow.com for details). I've also set up a page in Facebook to show a silly video and update the bored about my progress etc it's on www.facebook.com/jasonwillow666.
If you were asked to recommend just one children's book published this year, what would it be?
The Devils Kiss by Sarwat Chadda (May 09) and ('cos one book is just not enough)... The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.
What is the most important thing you learned about writing or illustrating this year?
Keep writing, keep improving but at some point, say it's finished!

Hi Gareth, Undiscovered Voices 2010 is coming! (Glad you're excited about it!) We're having the kick off as part of the Professional Series events. It's the one on March 31st. All the details (new judges, new guidelines) will be revealed with great panache there and then spread to the rest of the world via the Ning and a dedicated website. I hope you can make the March 31st event, but if not, you'll only have to wait until the next day.

Wow! You're clever doing your page like this! Next London thing is either Monday April 20th or Thursday April 23rd depending on whether anything happens on St George's day! See you there?
