About Me
Always feel embarrassed writing these things! Let me see...I work behind the scenes at a television station and after a good ten years of working on screenplays had an epiphany and decided to return to my first true love - books! I recently completed my first YA thriller and am embarking on the tortuous submission process. Will see where it all leads...
What are you working on at the moment?
Splurging out the first draft of a paranormal/mystery YA book.
If you had to recommend just one children's book you've read in the last year, what would it be?
The Knife of Never Letting Go

Seems like I'm still trailing the market by two years!
What is the most important thing you learned about writing or illustrating this year?
Keep the faith. Although, maybe I just haven't had enough time to lose mine?

Hi Christian

I'm writing a blog on notes from the slush pile about debut authors, including Caroline Green. Can I use your photo from her book launch? Please!

Finding myself in a bit of a quandary I decided that now would be as good a time as any to start putting my thoughts down on pixels and maybe even ramble my way out of it...

After a period in which I have managed to completely distract myself with photography I finally feel ready to start writing properly once more. The only problem is, I'm stuck. Don't know what to do. Nope, I'm not going to use the 'B-L-O-C-K' word - refuse to believe in it! :O) I have two or three ideas pinging… Continue
