About Me
I write educational materials and children's fiction. Until 2012, I was a full-time teacher, writing in the margins. I now work freelance, writing and tutoring.
What are you working on at the moment?
A picture book text
Textbook for iGCSE English
A Level English teaching resources
If you had to recommend just one children's book you've read in the last year, what would it be?
Leopard Adventure by Anthony McGowan
What is the most important thing you learned about writing or illustrating this year?
To get on with it and write regularly, even if it seems rubbish. Rubbish can be edited; the blank page can't!

Hi Beth, welcome to SCBWI - and to ECritique - take a look around the page to get a sense of how the ecritique groups work, and give me a shout if I can help you in any way.

Happy scribbling!

Nicky
