- About Me
- I was nine when I first saw my work in print (a poem in Mickey and Friends magazine!). I went on to win several competitions for young writers, and graduated from the UEA with a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing. I currently work as an Editor at Oxford University Press and was one of the winners of the 2010 Undiscovered Voices competition.
- What are you working on at the moment?
- A dark (but romantic!) fantasy for teenagers.
- If you had to recommend just one children's book you've read in the last year, what would it be?
- The Vanishing of Katharina Linden by Helen Grant - I was just blown away by the quality of her writing.
- What is the most important thing you learned about writing or illustrating this year?
- If you're serious about writing, you don't 'find' time to do it, you 'make' time.
