The new and extended prof series in Lincoln is up on the north east page!

Excellent! We have another new person coming from Liverpool too, Karen Laing, just met her at the Sottish Scoobie Do. Hope you can get the time off.

Hi Gail,
Nice to have another scribbler. We should be having another York meeting soon, it's usually the first Sunday every other month, so I think It should be first one in July, if you want to come along.
Is that right Addy? I know you can't come but if we still hold it I can tell people about the Scoobie Scotland retreat last week. It was a great event.

Hi Addy,
York is much more convenient for me, and for Maureen as well. I never really thought Lincoln was north at all! I am sure we will make it down for some of the monthly get togethers. It would be nice to meet you, and other northern members :)

Ah ha! Not dense at all! SCBWI North applies to the Professional series up north wether that be held in the ne or nw. SCBWI NE an NW are separate regions divided roughly by the Pennines!
Very good question - I'll be uploading the flyer and booking form onto the professional series north page this week and let booking commence!

Am I being dense, but what's the difference between the north and the north east groups?? Is it just a case of Crit groups?? And second question...how will I know when I can book a place in some of the North Events??

Hello North East SCBWI members!

I am a brand new shiny SCBWI member, and wannabe published illustrator. That's it really, I just wanted to say hi. Also the comment wall was looking very bare and in need of a message :)
