Write a children's story about an onion
Would you like to win £700?
Write a 700 word children's story about a personified Onion.
The Secret Seed Society are creating a series of small books, each book comes as part of an activity pack - with organic seeds, growing instructions and a recipe to take children on an adventure from plant to plate.
Are you interested in engaging children, and through them their families and communities, in a move towards eating fresh, local, organic food that they have grown themselves, perhaps on an urban balcony or a rural allotment. This way of living positively effects carbon levels, waste, soil quality, affordability of food, our health and communities.
Would you like the chance to be a published writer of a children’s story book?
Secret Seed Society want to keep the stories diverse and are looking for creative heads to get involved in writing some of the adventures
