Illustrator Nicola Streeten and artist Sarah Lightman launch a new monthly book group in London's East End, where invited artists and academics speak about their work and select a favourite graphic novel for discussion. The events will provide platform for people to test new works and ideas or works in progress will also be included.
The first presentation will be by Sarah McIntyre, discussing her work and leading a discussion of 'The Arrival' by Shaun Tan. So read the book and bring it along with the thoughts it stirs up.
Come along, mix, chat, or just hang out and see what's happening!
